Steadfast Resolve

My husband and I first met in the UAE, where our shared dreams brought us together. After marrying, we returned to Nigeria and built a home inspired by the luxurious aesthetics of Dubai. Fueled by a passion to give back, we started a nonprofit organization and began farming on our land. However, the journey was far from easy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced numerous setbacks, including surging chicken feed prices and significant financial losses. Adding to these challenges, rising global temperatures made farming on the land increasingly difficult. Despite these hardships, we have persevered, experienced growth, and remain committed to building a brighter future.

Our Story

We are a family driven by creativity, resilience, and a deep love for community. I am an African-American woman from Berkeley, California, and my husband, a skilled Nigerian graphic designer and artist, brings his rich cultural heritage into all he does.

After eight vibrant years in the UAE, we returned to Nigeria with a shared dream: to build a sustainable home and farm. With dedication and careful planning, we created a space that sustains our family and supports the local community by providing jobs and organic produce.

Our vision has since blossomed into something greater—a serene Nigerian resort. Designed for exclusivity and relaxation, it hosts 8 to 16 guests for wellness retreats and immersive experiences. Through our non-profit, we also offer free stays to those in need, ensuring our space remains a sanctuary for healing and community care.
